1. Business Entity & Acceptance
ParcelSlovenia is owned and operated by A.L. ten Wolde Consultancy, a sole proprietorship registered in The Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 94687196 ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our platform or ordering a digital report, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.
2. Scope of Service
ParcelSlovenia provides automated property due diligence reports aggregating public open data from Slovenian government registries, including:
- GURS (Geodetska uprava RS): Land cadastre, parcel boundaries, and building data
Reports are generated and delivered digitally in real time. We do not perform manual legal verification, structural inspections, or survey audits prior to delivery.
3. Payment & 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Reports are purchased on a pay-per-report basis. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT before checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our reports. If you are unsatisfied with your purchased report for any reason, or if you wish to exercise your statutory EU right of withdrawal, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To claim a refund, simply contact us via our Support Page or email with your payment receipt or order details. Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method via Stripe.
4. Intellectual Property & License
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to store, view, and print purchased reports for your own personal or business research.
You agree not to:
- Resell, rent, or publicly redistribute raw reports as a standalone data service
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our platform infrastructure
- Use reports for unlawful purposes or false representations
5. Disclaimers & Data Limitations
Our reports aggregate third-party public registry data. While we work to keep our system current, we cannot guarantee that government sources (GURS) are entirely accurate, error-free, or real-time.
ParcelSlovenia reports do not constitute formal legal, financial, architectural, or notarial advice. You should obtain formal professional counsel before executing real estate transactions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A.L. ten Wolde Consultancy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for loss of business or property values resulting from reliance on our reports.
Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of your use of the service shall in all circumstances be limited strictly to the total amount paid by you for the specific report in question.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
If you are an EU consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring claims before your local courts or via the official EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
